Communicating the rules of protection and restoration of the historical context of Tuyserkan and Nahavand cities to the governor of Hamedan
According to Aria Heritage, specific criteria for the protection and restoration of the historical context of Tuyserkan and Nahavand cities, according to paragraph (c) of Article 1 of the Law on Protection of Restoration and Restoration of Historical and Cultural Texture, approved on 2/4/2009, with the aim of enjoying the benefits The revival of cultural and historical contexts has been announced for the historical area of these cities, which was previously determined by the Supreme Council of Urban Planning and Architecture in 2009.
Ali Darabi’s letters to Alireza Ghasemi Farzad, the governor of Hamadan, state:
“Specific criteria for the protection and restoration of historical texture include maps, zoning, configurations and design criteria within the boundaries of the historical context, which, in addition to the criteria for the protection of historical monuments in the opinion of the system 1) and in order to prevent tasteful and case-by-case comments, it has been presented in a unified manner. Its local and thematic plans, the approvals of the Landscape and Landscape Committee, as well as the design competitions and the issuance of building permits by the municipalities registered in this area, are binding.
The final approval of the relevant body regarding the development plans of comprehensive and detailed areas (in the Provincial Planning and Infrastructure Council, Article Five Commissions and the Supreme Council of Urban Planning and Architecture of Iran) is subject to compliance with these legal criteria for the protection and revival of cultural heritage. Supporting the restoration of historical textures, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, in cooperation with this ministry, will prepare and announce a special plan for the protection of textures in compliance with these criteria.
“Please order that Articles 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16 of the above-mentioned law regarding the notification range be included in the agenda of the relevant agencies.”
