Comparison of rent increases in the west and east of Tehran / Piroozi and Azerbaijan increased by 50%

According to Tejarat News, based on the ads on the Divar website and the price and rent of housing in Tehran, a list of the average monthly rent in some areas of west and east of Tehran has been prepared along with the increase in rent from the past year.
According to the data in the table below, apartment rent in Amirieh and Salsabil neighborhoods has increased by about 35% from October 2016 to October 2014. From October 1399 to October 1400, the neighborhoods of Azerbaijan and Piroozi recorded a 47% increase in rental rates.
Also, Nawab and Moniriyeh neighborhoods were accompanied by a 51% increase in apartment rents in the past year. Hashemi neighborhood recorded a 54.7% increase in rental rates.
Among the neighborhoods in the table below, Bryank neighborhood with 57.8 percent increase in monthly rent and Jeyhun 58 percent increase in rent in the past year, along with New Tehran with 59 percent increase in rent rate had the highest percentage increase in price.
It is noteworthy that according to the advertisements registered on the wall, the average rent of Amirieh, Salsabil, Azerbaijan, Piroozi and Moniriyeh neighborhoods in October 2016 was recorded in the channel of six million Tomans, but in October 1400, the average rent of apartments in these areas was up to 10 million. Tomans has also increased.
