Pointing to the capabilities and index of the evaluation center, Sharifi called it a center for identifying the strengths and weaknesses and more suitable and better activities of Iran’s insurance employees and said: I hope this center will become a place to recognize talents and train the future managers of Iran’s insurance with Pay attention to the developed standards.

The Director General of Human Resources Affairs added: Another point is that, simultaneously and in parallel with obtaining the license and setting up this center, we launched evaluation working groups at the level of Iranian insurance at the level of middle and basic managers a year ago, and based on this evaluation model , people are evaluated based on merit indicators, and Iran insurance appointments are being made based on this model and through Iran insurance evaluation working groups.
Rohi pointed out: In this center, we will use the capacity and ability of colleagues who have been selected through internal evaluations and who have completed the necessary courses at the Center for Public Administration and Academic Jihad and obtained licenses, and we will also use evaluators from outside the company. did
