Completion of the work of the 13th meeting of the Supreme Council of Provinces with the approval of 5 projects

According to the report of Fars news agency’s urban group, citing the information base of the Supreme Council of Provinces, the 13th meeting of the Supreme Council of Provinces was held this morning with the presence of First Vice President Mohammad Mokhbar and a number of mayors of major cities in the country.

In this meeting, 6 proposals received from the eight commissions of the Supreme Council of Provinces were on the agenda of the Senate, which included the general and details of 4 proposals, “Adding a note as Note (2) to Article (3) of the Law of Councils, amending Article (308) of the approved Criminal Procedure Law In 1392, the amendment of paragraph (132) of the country’s budget law for 1390 and the addition of a note under Article 2 of the “Equitable Water Distribution Law” was approved.

Also, the general plan of the guidelines on how to manage the affairs of the city’s Islamic councils was approved by the court and it was decided that the details of this plan should be reviewed and modified in the commissions.

In addition to this, the plan to add a note to Article 73 of the Law of Municipalities was completely rejected by the public forum of the Supreme Council of Provinces.
