He explained: “First-time homeowners can go to the bank with the seller and all the ownership and identity documents of the parties (seller and buyer) after applying for the desired property and apply for housing facilities.”

Moradi added: “In addition, people who have already used housing to buy housing facilities can also use these facilities again.” These people are classified into two groups, and receiving facilities for each of the applicants in these two groups has its own conditions.

He explained: “There is a group of people who have bought housing in previous years and received facilities and have repaid their facilities, and now they intend to use the facilities to buy another unit.” These people are not prohibited from receiving housing facilities again and can apply for the facilities in the same way as stated after the transaction.

Moradi added: “But there are other groups of applicants who are currently in the process of repaying the facilities received to buy their previous unit, but they intend to convert their unit to Ahsan and for this purpose they intend to use the new facility ceiling.” These people can transfer the previous facilities to the new unit and, if they wish, also receive the facility with the difference between the previous ceilings and the new ceilings. For example, if a person bought a house worth 60 million Tomans of bonds three years ago and now owes 40 million Tomans, now in Tehran he can increase this facility to 200 million Tomans, ie for a new unit. Regarding the conditions for such an action, he explained: In order to transfer the facilities of the previous unit to the new unit, the applicants must buy and sell the new unit and the previous unit at the same time. But if this synchronization is not possible, the bank will give applicants a period of several months (for example, 6 months) to be reserved for them after the sale of the facility points unit to purchase a new unit and transfer the previous facility and update it. To the new unit. To maintain this privilege, it is necessary for the applicant to exchange collateral and mortgage another real estate deposit or document. After buying the property and presenting the new document, the temporary collateral is released.
