According to Fars news agency, Fatemeh Taneh, the mayor of Region 8, after holding a brainstorming meeting with the CEO of the fruit and vegetable fields management organization of Tehran municipality, said: Considering the emphasis of the respected mayor of Tehran on the need to increase the number of services, especially fruit and vegetable fields; In the visit of the CEO of the fruit and vegetable fields organization of Tehran Municipality to the capacity of the market and the fields of the region; The construction of three fruit and vegetable markets is proposed.
Referring to the field visit and survey of existing properties in the region, the mayor of Region 8 added: due to the lack of land and property in other neighborhoods and the dense texture of the region, after the needs assessment and considering the dispersion and proximity to neighboring neighborhoods, three markets in different parts of the neighborhood Fadak was proposed by the Municipality of Region 8 to the Municipal Squares Organization and these spaces were monitored.
Tanehi continued: Currently, seven tare bar fields in six neighborhoods of the region are operating on a daily basis, and we are trying to follow up and solve the problems and equip the tare bar fields in Sablan neighborhood and Fadak neighborhood to make the existing markets easier to set up and citizens’ access to services. .
Ayoub Fasahat, the CEO of the Fruit and Vegetable Markets Organization of the Municipality of Tehran, accompanied by Fateme Taneh, after examining the capacities of the region by attending the Akbari Vegetable Market in Dardasht neighborhood, emphasized on solving the problem and providing optimal service, and gave orders for stalls and changes in the map. The interior and the establishment of the meat and chicken stand was notified to the deputies in order to improve the level of service to the citizens.
In the end, Fatemeh Taneh, the mayor of Region 8, emphasized the determination of the region to increase service per capita and added: moving towards encouraging owners to partner with the municipality to provide and increase service space per capita, is part of the efforts of the urban management of the region, as well as obtaining the necessary credits to acquire properties.
