Continuation of air pollution in the capital / “red” status in 23 stations


According to Fars News Agency, based on the latest information from the Tehran Air Quality Control Company today (January 10), the air quality in Aqdasiye stations (Zone 1), Shahid Beheshti University (Zone 1), Sharif (Zone 2), Municipality of Zone 2, Pasdaran (Zone 3) ), University of Science and Technology (Region 4), Municipality of Region 4, Tarbiat Modares (Region 6), Crisis Headquarters (Region 7), Golberg (Region 8), Municipality of Region 10, Municipality of Region 11, Razi Park (Region 11), Municipality of District 12, Imam Khomeini Square (District 12), Pirouzi (District 13), Shkoofeh Park (District 14), Municipality of District 15, Salamat Park (District 17), Qaim Park (District 18), Shadabad (District 18), Municipality District 19 and the municipality of District 21 are in an unhealthy situation for everyone.

The air quality in Ponk, University of Tehran (Zone 6), Geophysics (Zone 6), Masoudiyeh (Zone 15), Shahrari (Zone 20), Municipality of 22nd and Cheshmeh (Zone 22) stations is unhealthy for sensitive groups.

District 19 Municipality is the most polluted air quality measurement station in Tehran with an index of 185.

At Sohank (Zone 1), Fateh Square (Zone 9) and Mahalati highway (Zone 14) stations, suspended particles less than 2.5 microns, which is the most important pollutant these days, have not been registered as the most important air pollutant in the capital.

No information has been recorded from the municipal stations of region 16 and Shahrari governorate (region 20).
