According to Mehr News Agency, Rezvan Hakimzadeh announced the implementation of a programming and digital literacy training program for primary school teachers and students and said: “Our children have the right to live in accordance with their time, the digital age.” Therefore, they should know that they live in an age where computers have the greatest impact on human life. To live successfully in this age, they must be familiar with computer or computing thinking on the one hand and hardware, software and communication equipment and networks on the other. Be aware of the dangers and harms of the new age and ways to deal with them, and eventually become citizens of the digital age.

In order for our children to be ready to live in the digital age, they must receive the necessary education. With this argument and with the support of upstream documents of the system, such as the general policies announced by the Supreme Leader (Modzaleh) العالی), The scientific map of the country, the document of fundamental change and the national curriculum, the deputy of primary education designed the transformation plan of education “digital programming and literacy” for primary school teachers and students and its inauguration with the presence of senior ministry, general managers and Provincial primary education deputies, teachers, leaders and teachers implementing the project, was held on Sunday, 10/19/1400.

Since then, every Thursday has been dedicated to teaching and learning teacher-leaders (more than 600 people) and executive teachers (up to 20,000 people) programming and digital literacy, and 5 axes گانه This plan is presented continuously as follows.

  • Axis 1- The impact of computers on living with topics (career paths, access, society, behaviors and ethics)
  • Axis 2- Computational thinking with topics (modeling and simulation, data analysis and visualization, summary and recombination, programming algorithms)
  • Axis 3- Communication networks and system design (hardware and software, communication networks and Internet)
  • Axis 4- Cyberspace security (risks, safeguards, feedback)
  • Axis 5 – Digital Literacy (Digital Citizen, Application of Digital Technology)

The salient features of this design include the following:

  • Establishment of a desk with the participation of more than 60 capable teachers across the country to provide teaching and produce learning packages
  • Production of special learning packages for teachers and students in the form of a textbook entitled رااآموزShort videos and infographics simultaneously with online and offline tutorials
  • Attracting experienced and specialized teachers from among teachers working in 6 grades of primary education
  • Preparation of packages and contents in 6 educational levels according to the five axes and its sub-topics
  • Using the Flipped Classroom model (presenting videos and teaching contents and tutorials on the Shad network platform on Mondays and Tuesdays each week, and subsequently holding Q&A sessions and stating key teaching points on Thursdays)
  • Providing skill-based training in the form of practical projects by teachers, teachers and students
  • Presenting examples of activities and projects of teachers and students in educational sessions and reviewing them by teachers
