According to Fars news agency; Ali Al-Qasi Mehr, Chief Justice of Tehran Province, this morning on the sidelines of the visit to the Ghadir Judicial Complex of the Courts of Appeals of Tehran Province, referring to the problems and requests that were stated by the judges of the Courts of Appeals in this meeting, said: These were the points that are of concern. He added: At the beginning of the new management period, we have seen the efforts and follow-ups made in terms of honoring the judiciary. Today, in the period of transformation and excellence in the management of the judiciary, what is the concern of the colleagues is far more the concern of the head of the judiciary and the first deputy of the judicial system; I am a witness at the beginning of this period of the new management of the judicial system, what efforts and follow-ups have been done by the head of the judiciary.

Al-Qasi Mehr pointed out: Today’s administration is rare in the history of the judiciary, it is a wise, wise, intelligent administration with a comprehensive view on all issues. He added: Following the follow-ups, the organizational structure of Tehran province’s judiciary was approved and 450 branches were added to the province’s judiciary. Stating that the average number of cases filed in the Courts of Appeal of Tehran province is 240 cases, this judicial official said: The number of cases filed in the branches of legal courts is 245 cases, in the branches of criminal courts there are 208 cases, and in the branches of family courts there are 348 cases.

He added: With the round-the-clock measures and the activities of the judges of the courts of appeals of Tehran province in the last six months, the number of judicial cases has decreased from 31 thousand cases to 26 thousand cases.

Al-Qasi Mehr stated that each branch of the Courts of Appeal in Tehran Province is equivalent to two active branches and stated: This volume of work is effective in the peace and concentration of my colleagues, especially in personal matters.

Stating that appeals branches should be activated in Tehran province, he said: active branches in appeals courts of the province should reach more than 110 active branches, which requires a rotation of forces in the judicial system of the province, which should be done.

Chief Justice of Tehran province stated that one of the measures for the well-being of judges is to provide housing for them, and stated: We have 170 houses under construction, and 70% of these houses have physical progress, so if these houses are completed, part of the concern of colleagues in We will provide housing.

He stated that one of the measures taken by the judiciary of Tehran province is the activation of the number two complex of appeals courts in the province, he said: We plan to activate this complex in the west of Tehran so that the density of work in this complex will decrease, so if the number of If the judge force is provided to settle in this complex, this project will be done.
