Creating grounds for using capable managers in Tehran Municipality

According to Fars News Agency’s urban correspondent, Mehdi Abbasi, a member of the Tehran City Council, stated about the plan to oblige Tehran Municipality to use existing and qualified manpower in managerial positions: 701 positions are considered in this plan, but we must proceed in such a way that for 124 positions 6; 16 of the 379 posts in rank 5; 15 should be used.
