According to Fars news agency’s health group, Shamsuddin Shamsi, head of the Supreme Council of the Nursing System of the country, criticized the performance of the Ministry of Health in the field of supporting nurses in a clear statement.

In this statement, it is stated: With New Year’s greetings and the harmony of the spring of nature and the spring of the Qur’an, the holy month of Ramadan is the service of each and every loved one of the nursing community and wishes to accept obedience, worship and service. In this month of kindness, we ask God to save us all from the temptations of He protects us from earthly and heavenly devils and we seek refuge in his court.

In the past few days, we have eaten the blood of our hearts, but we did not stop and remained silent to witness the reaction of the nursing community, the respected members of the Supreme Council and the respected heads of the board of directors, what will be the reaction to the cases and events that happened?

Is it not that the nursing community and each and every dear nurse expect the nursing system as their professional and legal representative to seriously pursue the issues and problems and implement the laws and their inalienable rights? Unless, over the past few years, many times in a friendly, rational and principled way and with positive interaction with the subordinates through holding meetings, meetings, correspondence and interviews, the serious request and demand of the respected head of the organization, the respected members of the Supreme Council And the respected heads of the board of directors, the attention of the respected officials to the law and the implementation of the laws remained on the ground and the promises were made?! After all this follow-up period, what other way is left for the organization and council?!

Should we continue to sit and get up in meetings without results?! Don’t the heads of the board of directors and individual nurses expect practical results from follow-ups?! Aren’t we regularly questioned for not getting practical results?!

Despite all these numerous follow-ups, is it not addressed where you were?! Why did you delay?! Why didn’t you have the will to implement it?! Why were you dumb!?

They speak as if they were not present in any of the council meetings or other numerous and frequent meetings?! And did they not witness the serious follow-up?! Were they not present on Nurse’s Day in 1400 and didn’t they hear how the head of the organization raised the problems and demands with strong and logical statements and arguments in the presence of the honorable president?! Were they not present on Nurse’s Day in 1401 and didn’t they hear the strong, reasoned and logical words of the head of the organization in the presence of the honorable president, and like these examples, many other examples that have occurred since the beginning of the fifth period and in all the periods that the organization has existed, all the cases It has been followed up seriously.

It is really a matter of surprise and regret for the loved ones and dignitaries who were often present in these meetings and meetings and have closely witnessed the vigorous, rational, logical and far from emotional defense, but now they say where were you and what were you doing?!

Is it the law enforcement organization that you address like this?!

It must be acknowledged and stated that those who should have heard during this period did not hear!

Those who should have acted during this time, did not! And they brought the work here!

When there is no listening ear to implement the facts, the organization decided to go in other ways, and of course, during this path, it tried its best to rationalize its follow-up methods.

Some friends have pointed out why some members of the Supreme Council or the heads of the boards of directors are speaking harshly! First of all, we ask all our dear friends to be fair and polite in their criticisms and expressions. Secondly, we expected and expect from these same friends that they would not allow this matter to be dragged here, and they would complain and criticize the initiator of this behavior, not the respondents.

We take God as a witness, we do not like and do not want to see a nurse in front of a nurse, and we will not allow this. A subject that people outside the body fuel and ignite it, and are happy and profit from it.
If you go back during all the past periods, you can’t find even a single sentence from the lowly servant insulting and disrespecting a member of the nursing community, either an individual or a group, institution and nursing union organization. Surely you will not see such things from me from now on.
But be sure that we will not compromise in pursuing the demands of the nursing community and we will shout it in a strong, logical, well-reasoned and loud voice in every media, forum and assembly.

In general, the existential philosophy of the nursing system organization is to provide a suitable qualitative and quantitative basis for providing services in a befitting and dignified manner to our dear people by removing service obstacles, such as severe shortage of manpower, lack of motivation of manpower due to injustices and discriminations and lack of provision Proper livelihood and well-being is due to non-implementation of laws. Therefore, don’t expect that we are not expressing the service barriers of the nursing community.
