According to Fars News Agency, citing the public relations of the Ministry of Oil, the Deputy Minister of Planning in a part of the report “The most important actions and achievements of the Ministry of Oil from the beginning of the thirteenth government to the end of 1400” in explaining the development and production of gas fields South Pars has stated: The Ministry of Petroleum of the 13th government has focused on developing the South Pars gas field, taking the necessary measures and using all available capacities to increase the production of rich gas from this common gas field, and in line with this, by exploiting From the phases of the South Pars gas field, the amount of Iran’s rich gas production from Qatar, despite its double share of this common gas field, has been surpassed.

In this report, it is announced that the development of phases 13 and 24-22 of South Pars has been completed and the physical progress of phase 14 at the end of 1400 was more than 91%: The development of phase 11 of the South Pars gas field development project is underway. And the initial production of this phase will be realized according to the forecast in 1401.

According to this report, the physical progress of the South Pars Phase 11 development plan at the end of 1400 was more than 34%.

The report of the Deputy Minister of Planning of the Ministry of Oil also states: Due to the jump in gas production in South Pars, the country’s crude gas production capacity for the first time exceeded 1000 million cubic meters per day.

The average production of rich gas from the South Pars joint gas field has increased significantly in recent years and in December 1400 was able to reach a record of 705 million cubic meters per day. This figure has increased by more than 4% in 1400 compared to the previous year (1399). With the launch of new phases of South Pars, the amount of gas supply from this field in 1400 has increased to about 70%.
