(The bitter experience that we have witnessed in two relatively long periods after the revolution occurred in the 1970s and 1980s with the removal of the obligation to be a teacher, and with the transfer of admission to universities, teacher training centers were seriously dissolved.

The truth is that the current universities cannot assume the responsibility of teacher training due to the purely academic approach and the prevailing political atmosphere and the lack of necessary educational platforms. This work requires special and standard platforms in a goal-oriented, all-round and multi-faceted course, and for this reason, this task was consolidated in two Farhangian Universities and Shahid Rajaei Education.

Also, among the orders of the president in expressing the priority of recruitment is the use of elites introduced by the elites foundation. The fact is that the elite in education has a different definition than what is defined in the elite foundation. In education, we should invest in a force that we can be sure is permanent in education and in addition to being a scholar, he loves the job of a teacher and excels in educational fields and multi-faceted skills. Indeed, the stature of “knowledge” in primary and secondary education is not high, and it is these high levels of education and skill that make the role of the teacher successful.

For this reason, one of the fundamental differences between Farhangian University and other universities is in “science education” and not just pure science, and the inseparability of content and text with pedagogy and technology in the education of Farhangian University is considered an inseparable principle. If the Supreme Leader of the Revolution has explained the Jihad, the center of gravity of this Jihad is public education, which is the responsibility of education, and the irreplaceable role of the teacher in performing this Jihad is not hidden from anyone, and he can fulfill this role correctly when he himself According to the interpretation of Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali (peace be upon him) has acquired the properties of the mission of a teacher.

If Farhangian University has been entrusted with this task based on the transformation document, it is because by providing a platform for a 3-4 year round-the-clock course, they can make them believers in the values ​​of Islam and the revolution, and instilled with moral virtues and capable in the fields of education and skills of this prophetic mission. slow For this purpose, one of the measures taken by the Islamic Council was the revival of the secretary’s commitment so that the more talented students are attracted and, in addition, the trained human resources do not leave the education system easily and after studying in the required areas for a minimum period of time. Serve twice as much as education.

The fact that it is said that economic savings will be made by removing the secretary’s obligation is not acceptable for various reasons, because most of the students of Farhangian University are from the middle to lower strata of the society and receive a minimum salary (with a deduction of 25-45% from the university) to cover the expenses of the academic course. They are very necessary, and in addition, from the beginning of this course, it has a positive effect on the status of a teacher’s job, and if this obligation is removed, it will have a very negative effect on attracting talented students and not accepting service in the desired areas of education. Undoubtedly, we all believe that the selection and recruitment of teachers is considered one of the most important and difficult choices for any government and military because they are responsible for education and creating belief in the country’s public culture policies and accompanying the nation with the system. Most of all, any effort in this matter is an investment, not an expense.

Among the orders of the Supreme Leader to the officials of the system, investment in the teacher training sector and diligence in solving problems and meeting their needs, according to the standard of a day and night university at the level of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in the three areas of human resources, space and equipment.
