According to Mehr News Agency, quoted from the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, Hamed Weiss Kerami stated: According to articles 157 to 166 of the labor law, the dispute resolution authorities consisting of dispute resolution and recognition boards are responsible for dealing with labor and employer claims. In this regard, more than 50,000 petitions have been reviewed since the beginning of this year.

Pointing out that the process of dealing with about 40,000 labor and employer lawsuits has been completed and resulted in a decision, he pointed out that more than 30% of the closed cases have been ended with the efforts of the members of the dispute resolution authorities through peace and compromise.

Director General of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare of Tehran province, stating that handling of labor claims is done through the comprehensive system of labor relations, said: all stages of petition registration, elimination of defects, notification of hearing time, referral of administrative and expert orders, issuance and notification of issued votes And… it is done electronically and in absentia, and the parties to the dispute will only attend the hearings.
