Delivery of 20,000 semi-finished houses in new cities by the end of the year – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, Alireza Jafari, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, said: When I came to the new cities, we had about 60,000 semi-finished Mehr housing units in the new cities across the country.

He continued: With the planning done in recent months, 10 thousand units of this number have been completed and delivered to the applicants.

He added: According to the planning, another 20,000 semi-finished housing units of new Mehr cities will be delivered to the applicants by the end of this year.

The CEO of Iran’s New Cities Construction Company said, “In this way, 50 percent of the half-completed units in the new cities will be delivered” and said: Considering the state of the housing market, the opening and delivery of these units will have a positive and good change in the rental market.

Jafari stated: Most of the units that have been completed and delivered so far and the units that are to be delivered by the end of this year are related to the cities of Pardis, Hashtgerd and Parand.
