Deputy Mayor: monitoring the city from the monitoring room/sale of inflammable materials along the highways

Hossein Nazari, Deputy Director of Municipal Services of Tehran Municipality, in an interview with Fars Social Reporter, mentioned the incidents on Wednesday at the end of the year and said: We had several injuries from these incidents, but there were no deaths today.

Stating that there were several fires today, he said: Firefighters were quickly dispatched to the scene and extinguished the fire.

Nazari said about highway traffic: “Today, many flower sellers on the side of highways were selling incendiary materials instead of selling flowers, and this caused traffic on some highways and roads.”

The deputy mayor of Tehran continued: All the forces are on standby and we monitor the city through the monitoring room, and in case of problems, the necessary measures will be taken immediately.
