In fact, the government has repaid its debts by creating debts and issuing bonds; This wrong method will face serious dangers for the country’s economy.

The representative of the people of Tabriz in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, stating that the credits allocated for job creation, the subject of Note 18 from 1996 to 1999, was about 100,000 billion Tomans, said: Of this amount, only 8.6% of this important task has been achieved in the budget law and In fact, 92% of the recruitment and payment of job creation facilities were not implemented during the Twelfth Government.

Mirtaja al-Dini said: “The report of the Court of Accounts on the deduction of the budget for the year 1999 emphasizes that no government body has been transferred during this year and the government’s performance in implementing the policies of Article 44 in the year 1999 has been zero.” At the end of this report, the Court of Auditors emphasized that the way out of an inefficient budget is to make the budget operational, and that all agencies must formulate their budgets in an operational manner.
