The vice president for women and family affairs added: In the sixth development plan, the divorce rate was supposed to decrease by 20 percent, but unfortunately, according to a statistical analysis, the divorce rate has increased by 4 percent and in a comparative analysis with marriage, the divorce rate has increased by 8 percent.
