According to Mehr news agency, Seyyed Soult Mortazavi said: The determination of workers’ salaries and wages is based on the legal process and the principle of tripartism. Labor, employer and government representatives must reach an understanding, and the result will be announced later.

The Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare added: Meetings related to the determination of workers’ wages by labor, employer and government representatives are being held and experts are performing their activities.

Stating that the Ministry of Labor has conducted various programs to identify job seekers, he said: appropriate solutions have been considered for workers, especially married workers with children.

Mortazavi said: Workshops are facing a shortage of experienced workers, and in this regard, the country’s technical and professional organization should train workers based on the needs of the factories and provide them with them.

Emphasizing that the 13th government is serious about employment, he said: We are trying to set a new employment record with various measures.
