He added: Before the conclusion of this contract, 9 starred clinic services were provided to people with disabilities covered by the welfare organization, but with this memorandum, this amount increased to 59 services, which include rehabilitation, therapy staff, speech He mentioned therapy, optometry, audiometry and physiotherapy.

The Director General of Welfare of Tehran province pointed out the services provided in the memorandum and said: providing rehabilitation services is defined in the health insurance and a person who goes to the university centers of the health insurance organization can get a 70% discount on these services with the government tariff. slow In the provisions of this memorandum, it is emphasized that a person with a disability pays only 30% of the rehabilitation costs in the centers of the contracting party with the health insurance organization, and there is no restriction on the type of clinic center.

Stating the conditions for receiving rehabilitation services, Nasiri said: the centers from which people with disabilities receive services must be parties to the contract with the health insurance organization so that the payment can be made by the health insurance, also the disabled person must have a disability card from the welfare organization and He has gone through the items related to disability verification and has a marked title in the health insurance, so that it is clear what type of disability he has.

Stating some statistics of people with disability records, he said: Currently, according to the latest statistics, 41,000 people with disabilities in the welfare of Tehran province have disability records in health insurance and they have the ability to get a 70% discount. to benefit from rehabilitation. 640 rehabilitation service centers in 16 cities of Tehran province are ready to provide services to the welfare target society.

The General Director of Welfare of Tehran Province continued: We have prepared a list of people with badges and we are trying to ensure that all the people receiving welfare services are badged and can use our services in any region of the country.
