According to the Mehr news agency, Nasser Aminzadeh, artistic cultural director of Region 7 and head of Andisheh Cultural Center, said: In the past weeks, the issue of hijab has become one of the main news, social and cultural topics of the country. The emergence of some controversies at the level of society and its unimaginable reflection in the virtual space has made the issue of hijab one of the most discussed subjects, in such a way that some people even tied it to political and religious issues. On the other hand, foreign media also tried to ride the social wave resulting from these events to make their desired political exploitation.
He continued: In the disputes that sometimes occurred, there were two types of views on the hijab issue; Some people believed that hijab is a personal, private and individual matter and interfering with it is interfering with people’s privacy; This group denied any application of the law in this field, but on the other hand, some others said that since the Iranian society is connected with religious teachings and the Islamic lifestyle is widespread in it, it is necessary to stand against the spread of veiling. This group believed that the issue of not wearing a hijab promotes the western lifestyle, which is in serious conflict with the spirit of religious teachings and can even bring dangerous consequences.
Aminzadeh said: The main point that has involved many people who are concerned about Iran and the revolution is that the western foreign side, by riding on such social and cultural waves, seeks to divide people, create social tensions and destigmatize some issues, beyond It belongs to the bubble category. This happened while this issue can be solved in the Iranian society itself, in the context of dialogue and with rational inferences. It seems that cultural institutions and devices have an important role in this field, but this important role is mostly neglected.
He added: I believe that in this important issue, it is necessary to respect the dignity of people and avoid actions that cause tension, the laws governing the country and religious teachings should be taken into consideration and by adopting effective cultural policies, to convince the society on the issue of hijab. And he moved to implement this divine obligation.
Aminzadeh said: It seems that the custodians of culture need to theorize the field for the production of thought and science in the field of chastity, hijab, and the relationship between men and women, and call the educated class and committed experts to strive and pursue scientific pursuits in these fields in order to create comprehensive models and to present a complete discussion about a sensitive topic such as chastity and how to represent and present women’s issues in the programs, and by compiling a religious family development program and defining macro policies and using communication and media theories, they determine the intellectual priority of their audience and gradually by providing awareness and information to change their attitude.
The cultural and artistic director of Region 7 announced the holding of a special program centered on the hijab and said: Andishe Cultural Center, which considers its mission to address the country’s current cultural issues through the lens of thinking, dialogue with elites and using the opinions of experts, special a new program centered on the topic Hijab will be held and in it he intends to address all aspects of this issue and give accurate and scientific answers to the doubts raised in this field based on religious teachings and the requirements of social life.
The former head of the Ferdows, Golestan, Ingleban, Cypress and Bagh Museum of Iranian Arts added: This special program is dedicated to holding a series of dialogue-oriented meetings, in each of which the subject of hijab is examined from one aspect and aspect by professors and experts. Discussions about the approaches of “social culture”, “women’s studies”, “intellectual custom”, “legal jurisprudence”, “theological belief” are among the most important axes defined in this program.
