Discovery of 4 billion Tomans of smuggled essential oils and raw materials

Detective Colonel Ali Valipour Goodarzi, Chief of Economic Security Police of Greater Tehran, in an interview with a disciplinary reporter of Fars News Agency, announced the discovery of more than 4,000 kilograms of essential oils and raw materials for smuggling food, cosmetics and health industries.

Explaining the details of the above news, Col. Valipour Goodarzi stated: Following the information that the company is smuggling food and health products on Azadi Street, the police officers went to the smuggled goods depot during a simultaneous and coherent operation after invisible intelligence observations. And were confronted with more than 4,000 kilograms of essential oils and raw materials additives from the food, cosmetics and health industries that were available on site.

He stated: In a 30-meter warehouse, there were various quantities of essential oils and raw materials additives for food, cosmetics, health and labels and counterfeit labels without positive customs documents that were transferred to Tehran and the company was packing and selling.

Colonel Valipour Goodarzi, pointing out that the detectives identified the owner of the goods in the intelligence monitoring, added: with the coordination of the judicial authority, the detectives arrested the owners of the goods in a police operation and introduced the accused to the judicial authority by completing the case.

He pointed out: Experts have announced the rial value of the discovered property as 40 billion rials.
