The Minister of Education said: There is a good human resource capacity in this region, and great people like the late “Rostam Ghasemi”, the late minister of the 13th government cabinet and one of the martyrs of the Holy Defense era, were from this city.
The Minister of Education stated that the good capacities of this city are due to the efforts of the teachers and added: We are indebted to the efforts of school benefactors, so there are many benefactors in these two cities, which is a source of pride.
Building a school is a kind of charity work
A member of the cabinet of the 13th government said: “In the Islamic Republic of Iran, we have the honor that donors build 50% of schools, which is a form of educational work, and charitable schools have an educational atmosphere and an educational effect.”
Nouri emphasized on introducing benefactors to students and stated: Students should know benefactors and make their pious actions their example.
The Minister of Education stated that fortunately our people created opportunities from within the sanctions, and stated: The different phases of the industrial complexes in the south of the country were built by internal experts in this government, and for the progress of the country, we must invest in education.
Ranking is a part of the transformation document
He emphasized the necessity of establishing a national student camp in this region of the country and stated: Teacher ranking is not just salary increase, but ranking is a part of the transformation document and it was implemented to improve the status of teachers and create competition among teachers.
He added: Selections should be taken seriously in Farhangian University to attract the best human resources in education, so in the near future, the method of selecting student teachers will be reconsidered.
Nouri continued: The content of Farhangian University should be practical and six-dimensional, and at the end of the course, teachers must participate in the end-of-course exam and know six skills.
He stated that the content of school textbooks should be taken into consideration and added: If a teacher is a job, his dignity will not be preserved, but if he becomes an art teacher, the teacher’s dignity will definitely be preserved.
He pointed to the efforts of teachers in the corona era and returning students to school and said: A teacher with specialized and educational work changes not only the student but also the society.
