According to the Mehr correspondent, Ayatollah Seyyed Hassan Ameli in a ceremony honoring the commentators, MertlinQuranic experts and executive agents described the Ardabil Mosque recitation ceremony as a book of identity and a document of faith and religious belief in Islamic societies and said: “Leading children to the Quranic teachings and the beauties of Islam should be at the top of educational programs.”
Emphasizing the maximum use of the capacity of education in promoting Quranic culture, he said: The General Directorate of Islamic Propaganda of Ardabil province should monitor the implementation of Quranic classes in schools because the expertise and experience of Quranic teachers in promoting Quranic culture is much greater and It is more practical and we should try harder to institutionalize this culture among students and the younger generation.
The representative of the Supreme Leader in the province and the Friday prayer leader of Ardabil stressed the need to compile a charter and a comprehensive Quranic plan for the next 10 years and said: Try to solve it with the help of the authorities.
The Director General of Islamic Propaganda of Ardabil Province, in his speech, referred to the presentation of a brief report on the programs of Ramadan in the province and said: holding 500 sessions except Quranic recitation, 110 sessions of interpretation in the thematic, sequential and Contingent200 Quran recitation chairs and 350 home Quran recitation sessions were among the key programs of the Quranic Affairs Department of the Islamic Propaganda of the province during the month of Ramadan in different regions of Ardabil province.

Hojjatoleslam Jafarzadeh pointed to the widespread presence of Quran reciters in Ramadan programs and said: “Commentators, Quran reciters and managers of Quranic institutes and houses in different parts of Ardabil province with their extensive presence in Ramadan programs promoted this spiritual and effective cultural activity.”
