The most detailed role of the domestic media in this regard, which is to respond to people’s suspicions in the form of certain principles, can not be ignored.

Ali Fahimi, a media activist in Ardabil province, said regarding the need to strengthen cultural structures: “What the domestic media needs at this time is to interact more with its audience and pave the way for the audience and elites to enter into cultural decisions.”

* What is the need to reconstruct the structure of culture and media?

What the Supreme Leader wanted in the first meeting of the government and referred to as the Cultural Revolution was to pay deep attention to the issue of culture in the 43 years of the Islamic Revolution and to strengthen the strengths and rebuild the weaknesses in this area. The interpretation of revolution in the field of media culture can be considered as a pure change in media culture.

Instead of responding to and reflecting the demands of the people, the media has either become a propaganda platform for governments or ignored government services because of partisan views, which in both cases have no place in the media, and this neglect has led to cultural and communication disruptions. * What is the most important issue of the country and the people that must be solved by rebuilding the structure of culture and media?

The most important issue is to restore public confidence in the media. Unfortunately, the prevailing atmosphere of self-censorship in the media has led to a loss of public trust in the media. For this reason, people use foreign media to obtain information on various topics, and use them as a source and source of information for themselves, and everything they hear from them is a proof for the people.

Lack of transparent and timely information adds to the inflammation of society, so to deal with an epidemic, on the one hand, we need the unity and cohesion of the people, on the other hand, a transparent and reliable information system, on the other hand, must prevail.

* What are the requirements for the successful formulation of the plan for the reconstruction of the structure of culture and media – in the next stage – implementation and monitoring of implementation?

For the survival and dynamism of a political and social system, it is important for governments to pay attention to the important issue of cultural policy-making in social developments, and finally, “cultural policy-making focuses on the government’s will to create or consolidate or change regulations in the field of culture.” “Such wills, as defined by policy, can be positive or negative.”

Unfortunately, in the last 43 years, all cultural activities in our country are fully in line with these three axes; The first is cultural productions, even if they are, regardless of the taste of the audience, and the whole definition of culture in these institutions is reduced to religion, religion and heavenly religions.

* If this plan is properly formulated and implemented, what will be the tangible benefits and impact on people’s lives?

Governments in all fields consider the people and the media to be in charge of their performance and will work for their welfare and increase. The people are the tools and goals of development, but the power of their resources and interests is different, so if the government wants to be strong, it must represent and answer to everyone. In good governance, these three main pillars of government, civil society and the private sector are closely related to the entry of citizens or in the organized sense of civil society into decision-making and policy-making, governance from an authoritarian system to the process of religious democracy. * What is the position of the people in the eyes of the good governance of culture?

The issue of good governance, especially in developing countries, especially in order to establish and institutionalize civil society has a special place. The central issue of good governance is how to achieve a government that can pave the way for fair and democratic development, which is considered to be a kind of regulation of the government’s relationship with the people.

Imam Ali (AS) has stated that one of the goals of forming a government in governance and Islam is to take care of the rights of the deprived and to defend the oppressed. “We should prepare something for the lowly possessions of the world, but it was to reveal the lost signs of your religion that the slaves of the oppressed may be safe and that the forgotten rules and regulations should be put into practice again.”

* What are the responsibilities of elites, cultural activists and officials in restructuring the structure of culture and media?

It must be said that the driving force of development in any country is the result of the actions and thoughts of the elites. In other words, development in the country in various fields is directly related to the elite, and a logical and organized association between the intellectual elite and the instrumental elite can determine the fate of society, however, it seems that the elite and the media can play a very effective role. In strengthening religious democracy and the full participation of the people in our society and creating the conditions for the spread of lasting justice, for various reasons, they do not have sufficient and appropriate cooperation and interaction with each other.

This is especially important in the current situation of our country. If these two main axes interact more with each other, they will undoubtedly bring cultural, scientific, political, social and economic development to the country.

Q: How can people participate in the revolutionary reconstruction of the structure of culture and media, and what is your suggestion in designing this mechanism?

The material I mentioned earlier includes receiving and sending any information and theories that circulate between people and public opinion, and incidentally, this information is the source of most of the scientific approaches of professors and the properties of society.

Accordingly, all opinions, whether from the public opinion that we have at university centers and we are aware of all the reasons that can seek to solve the problem of the people and society, what is the Achilles heel of our society is the one-sided view of the media between people and government.

* In your opinion, what is the most important principle and policy of cultural governance?

Lack of transparent, timely and responsible information to deal with an epidemic stems from the weakness and self-censorship of the media. To deal with this epidemic, on the one hand, we need national unity and cohesion, on the other hand, a transparent, reliable information system.

If the culture of information changes in the direction of good governance, the quality of public services and citizenship, and public policies away from political controversy, the implementation and commitment of the political system to them will increase, which shows the governance in society it is good.

* How much is the influence of the character and lifestyle of the officials in the general culture of the society?

One of the most important and fundamental issues in the lifestyle of government officials and agents in the Islamic Republic is the need to ignore the materialism and glamor resulting from their responsibility and not to take responsibility as their springboard in material matters. Unfortunately, in recent years, the approach to life of officials has moved against the goals of the revolution, and the attention of officials on this issue has diminished.

So, when the officials and those who are constantly referred to in our society and are under the close scrutiny of the people, approach this issue with the view of something trivial and ordinary, it will naturally be very difficult to transfer it to the body of ordinary people.

* Given the appointment of the new director of the Radio and Television, what are your national and provincial proposals for restructuring the media structure of the country?
