Eftekhari said goodbye to the state pension fund – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr News Agency, the message of the CEO of the National Pension Fund reads: “Now that I am leaving the position of CEO of the National Pension Fund after twenty months, I thank the merciful Lord for giving me the honor of serving the honorable community of retirees and success.” He allowed me to take a small step towards the excellence of this long-standing institution and the progress of retirees’ affairs.
During this time, our dear homeland Iran went through bitter and difficult days. My colleagues and I have sought to reduce to a large extent the difficulties faced by esteemed retirees and their families due to the harsh sanctions and the spread of Quidditch disease, while at the same time not allowing the Fund’s strategic and long-term plans to be disrupted.
Adapting pensions to employees and increasing their salaries by 135%; Increase of profit due to economic activities of the State Pension Fund from 4.175 billion Tomans in 1398 to about 15 billion Tomans at present; Reducing the fund’s dependence on the state budget from 75% to 70%; Organizing economic enterprises and reducing the number of enterprises from 148 enterprises to 88 enterprises, reviving and developing enterprises; Expand insurance services to valued retirees and their families, including increasing coverage and doubling the supplementary health insurance liability; Providing a variety of financial facilities and welfare and livelihood packages to honorable retirees, including essential loans, child marriage loans, and an indirect 22% increase in their purchasing power; Promoting organizational transparency by gaining the fifth rank in the country and the first rank in the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare; Achieving the first rank in Shahid Rajaei Festival in the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare and implementing dozens of programs in the strategic areas of digital transformation, organizational excellence and expanding and improving stakeholder relations are the most important steps taken in the last 20 months.
Since this management period was expected to last up to the end of the Twelfth Government or shortly thereafter, it was necessary to follow the process of designing and implementing the plans with great speed and double effort. This in turn put a lot of pressure on my colleagues at all levels of the organization. I am grateful to each and every one of them and I believe that their existence is an invaluable asset for the state pension fund.
I would like to thank Mr. Mohammad Shariatmadari, who has always been our guide and supporter and whose trust in young managers has been a source of great blessings, as well as the managers and staff of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare. I would also like to express my gratitude to the media, experts and thinkers who helped us with their critiques and opinions.
Obviously, I do not consider my performance in the state pension fund to be without shortcomings, and by accepting responsibility for what I have done, I apologize to the great nation of Iran, my esteemed retirees and my good colleagues in the state pension fund, and pray for this little servant. I wish.
