Election of the new board of directors of the Cinema Critics Association and the Roudaki Foundation

According to Fars News Agency, the new board of directors of the Iranian Film Critics and Writers Association was elected. In the general assembly of this association, which was held yesterday with the presence of 110 members in Cinema House No. 2 and for more than 4 hours, after presenting a report from the previous board of directors, a voting assembly was held with the presence of a representative of the Ministry of Labor. .

In the General Assembly of the Iranian Film Critics and Writers Association, Jafar Goodarzi received 82 votes, Kamran Maleki 74 votes, Reza Saemi 69 votes, Reza Dorostkar 55 votes and Mohammad Reza Lotfi 49 votes and were elected as members of the board. Jalil Akbari Sehat with 33 votes and Giso Faghfouri with 26 votes are the two alternate members of the board.

Also, Peyman Shoghi was elected as the inspector with 74 votes and Zabihullah Rahmani became the substitute inspector with 15 votes.

The previous board members included Khosrow Dehghan, Javad Tusi, Ali Alaei, Sepideh Abraviz (Reza Dorostkar) and Jafar Goodarzi.

The presidium of the general assembly is the chairman: Mahyar Javadifar, the deputy chairman: Giso Faghfouri, the secretary: Peyman Shoghi, the observers: Omid Najvan and Seyed Hesam Forouzan.

According to the Articles of Association approved by the Roudaki Cultural and Artistic Foundation, the legal members of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees consist of three members, according to which Mahmoud Shaloui, Acting Deputy Minister of Arts, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, was introduced as the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

Fazel Nazari and Seyed Gholamreza Eslami were elected as full members of the Board of Trustees. According to the statutes of the Roudaki Foundation, two experts in cultural and artistic affairs are introduced as full members of the Board of Trustees by the election and decree of the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance.

Also, upon the proposal of the chairman of the board of trustees and the approval of this board, Mahmoud Shaloui, Seyed Mahmoud Eslami and Mohammad Hossein Niroumand were introduced as members of the new board of directors of the Roudaki Foundation.

Previously, Morteza Kazemi, Ali Ghiasi Nodooshan and Abolghasem Iraji were members of the board of directors of the Roudaki Foundation for two years, and the two-year efforts of these members were appreciated.
