Electronic registration service tariff was announced

According to Fars News Agency, in order to develop electronic services, facilitate the registration of clients, prevent intermediation in the registration of people “Tariff for providing electronic services of registration of the State Property and Deeds Registration Organization using the capacity of notaries” by the head of the branch The judiciary was notified.

In implementing the legal duties of paragraph (c) of Article (12) of the Law on Promoting Administrative Health and Combating Corruption approved in 1390 with its amendments and additions and paragraph (3) of Article (37) of the Civil Service Management Law approved in 2007 with its amendments and in line with paragraph ( C) Article (67) of the Sixth Development Plan Law approved in 1390 and Article (2) of the By-Laws on Notaries and the Association of Registrars and Clerks approved in 1399 by the Head of the Judiciary in order to develop electronic services, facilitate client registration and prevent intermediaries Gary in performing people’s registration affairs, “Tariff for providing electronic registration services of the State Property and Deeds Registration Organization using the capacity of notaries” is as follows.

Article 1- In order to perform the services listed in the Tariff Table as described in the appendix, the following two methods are used:
A – Automatically
– Citizens can receive this service through the systems of the registration organization. Relevant systems will be made public through the organization’s website.
B) Notaries throughout the country
– In case of citizens referring to the above offices, the cost of services will be according to the table.

Article 2 – The method of fair distribution among notaries is subject to the procedure of the State Property and Deeds Registration Organization.

Article 3- The documents of poor people are prepared and registered with the approval of the Association of Registrars and Clerks without receiving any copyright. The manner of distribution of the mentioned documents and the manner of monitoring its implementation are in accordance with the instructions proposed by the board of directors of the Association of Registrars and Clerks of the Center and registered with the approval of the head of the organization.

Article 4- Notaries receive all the amounts subject to this tariff through the banking network and through the electronic payment system (located in the office).
