Empowering women heads of households with the help of jihadi groups

The head of the social committee of the Tehran Islamic Council, emphasizing the use of the capacity of non-governmental groups and middle circles in empowering the target groups, said: we must consolidate, level and rank these groups and be able to empower women heads of households and disadvantaged groups from their side. Shams-Ehsan said: In the sixth term of the Tehran Islamic Council, we should be able to identify non-governmental and jihadist groups and use them in the implementation of social programs. We should provide employment infrastructures in the regions to non-governmental and jihadist groups and be able to play a facilitating role in different dimensions.
The head of the social committee of the Tehran Islamic Council added: “Today, by using the existing infrastructure in the regions, we should be able to create the conditions for middle circles and people to enter the field and take actions in a grassroots manner.” Today, middle circles cannot perform their activities well without infrastructural support and facilitation of support institutions.
He stated that after the identification and registration of jihadist groups, women heads of households who are not covered by any support institution should be identified and empowerment measures should be carried out for them. We prepare for the sale of products produced by these groups.
