Engineer Zarghami’s order to save the historic hill of Chal Khandagh



According to the report of Aria Heritage, quoting the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Semnan Province, Seyyed Ezatullah Zarghami visited Chal Khandagh Hill today, Thursday, November 4, 1400, and called for organizing the privacy of this historic hill with the participation of the municipality.

“We are trying to help with the limited funding available on provincial trips, and funding should be provided for ongoing development programs,” said the Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts.

Shahjoogh moat hill is related to the prehistoric period of ancient Iran and was registered as one of the national monuments of Iran on May 29, 2003 with the number 8621.

Semnan province has more than 1,833 identified historical, cultural, natural and spiritual works, of which 837 works are registered in the list of national works.

The ritual of rolling a baby in Damghan, the vows of Semnopzan in Semnan, rituals related to marriage and palmistry in Mahdishahr and Shahmirzad, including spiritual heritage, Hyrcanian forests in an ocean of clouds, hundred-year-old sycamore trees, cheese cave, tall waterfalls and natural hot springs And historical buildings and sites of several hundred years are among the tourism capacities of Semnan province.
