Esmaili: Fajr Film Festival officially starts tonight

According to the political reporter of Fars news agency, Mohammad Mahdi Esmaili, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, said at noon today on the sidelines of the government delegation: The closing ceremony of the poetry festival will be held tonight.
He stated that 30 provinces were involved in the topic of poetry and added: A new structure for poetry has been created in the Ministry of Culture. We have a poetry assistant and a poetry council has been formed.
The Minister of Education stated that a Poetry Council has been established in the Ministry of Culture and emphasized: This year, the Fajr Poetry Festival was held very well in all parts of the country with the cooperation of this Council and our cultural deputy. A good cooperation has been made with the national media, and during the month of Ramadan, a part of the recorded programs of this festival will be broadcast every night in a prime time.
Stating that tonight will be the official start of the Fajr Film Festival, Esmaili said: “With the efforts of my colleagues in both the domestic and international sectors, we were very well received.” Tonight, we will try to give some prizes related to the festival in the sections where it was possible and the judgings have been done, so that the closing night will not be long.
He continued: Tomorrow we will have the closing ceremony of the theater festival. Our shows met with a great reception and my artistic assistant apologized to the audience because our existing facilities were really not enough for the interest of our loved ones.
Referring to the official start of the visual arts festival last night, the Minister of Culture reminded: the music festival will also start after the Fajr decade. Our series of festivals is being held. Next week, with the presence of Mr. President, we will discuss the selection of the book of the year.
In another part of his speech, Esmaili answered the question of whether a license for a rap concert has been issued. He clarified: No. This is a bug that has arisen and we have not issued any license. The artistic deputy of the Ministry of Guidance will also announce a position about this today, and this news that has been announced is false.
