Esmaili order for the return of the dismissed musicians of the symphony orchestra

According to the music reporter of Fars News Agency, Mohammad Mehdi Esmaili, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, issued an immediate order for the return of these musicians in a meeting attended by the representatives of the 40 dismissed musicians of the Tehran Symphony Orchestra and demanded the pursuit of the rights of these musicians.
In July of this year, the musicians of the Tehran Symphony Orchestra announced that 40 of them were fired because of the problems they had with Manouchehr Sohbai (guest conductor of the orchestra) and of course because of not participating in the orchestra’s playing test.
It was after that that Mehdi Salem called the expulsion of these musicians incorrect and stated that the reason for the departure of this number of musicians from the Tehran Symphony Orchestra was that they did not participate in the musicianship test. But with the continuation of the scandals, the Rudaki Foundation has announced in a statement that no musician has been fired. This foundation says that these people did not take part in the exam and participation in the orchestra is the right of those who passed the music exam.
However, the musicians of Tehran Symphony Orchestra, in their interviews, believe that new musicians do not have the experience of playing together in an orchestra, and if it is based on their activity in an orchestra, they should be taught how to play in an orchestra from the beginning.
These musicians had announced from the beginning that they were trying to hold a meeting with the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, a meeting that eventually led to the return of these musicians.
