Establishment of 25 judges of Tehran courts in the Property Organization to review sediment cases

According to Fars News Agency, after the head of the Judiciary visited the warehouses of the Proprietary Property Organization and his order to determine the duties of the cases in this organization, a team consisting of different courts of Tehran province with 25 judges has been deployed in the Proprietary Property Organization. The lawsuits that were declared in the property organization are undecided.

During the visit of the head of the Judiciary to the central warehouse for collecting and selling property in Tehran, one of the officials of the Property Organization presented a report on the activities of this group and its cases and stated: 2,101 cases are related to penalties and 1,169 cases are subject to Article 21 of the Anti-Trafficking Law, which stipulates that goods with a financial value of less than one million Tomans do not have a branch and the owner of the goods will follow up within a certain period. No, according to the Ministry of Health, 90% of these goods are sold or destroyed.

The favored judge representing the Tehran prosecutor, who is present during this visit, said in this regard: “We have been stationed here with 25 judges from Tehran’s courts to investigate further unresolved cases in the Tamliki Property Organization to see what is the reason for the deposition of these cases?” Are these cases difficult to determine in the judicial order, or should they be assigned in the penitentiary organization, or have they been heard in both authorities, and the property organization has not performed its duty?

In this regard, he stated: “Some of these cases do not have a judicial assignment or their sentences have not been issued by the penitentiaries.” In some cases, both actions have been taken by the judiciary and punishments; But the property organization has not taken action.

Regarding the time for the cases to be concluded, he said: “According to the progress of the work until the end of today, the assignment of sediment cases in the property organization will be determined;” Therefore, the head of the Judiciary in the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary this week regarding the assignment of the files of goods in the warehouses of the Proprietary Property Organization emphasized: According to the information provided by the Proprietary Property Organization, out of 5,000 property files whose duties are not specified, 571 It is up to the judiciary and about two thousand cases are related to the Ta’zir organization, which both the judiciary and the Ta’zir say that this statistic is not correct, but in any case, I ordered the issue to be clarified as soon as possible and as many cases as possible to be investigated immediately.
