Hojjat-ul-Islam Mohseni Ajei during this meeting, which was held as a continuation of his public meetings with the aim of dealing with people’s issues and problems as well as pathology of trends and procedures in judicial units, was held for 4 hours at the Public Relations Center of the Judiciary, with 40 citizens. And he met the people referring to the judicial system regarding 17 cases and while being informed about their issues and problems, he issued appropriate orders on a case-by-case basis.

Multi-plaintiff cases were among the most topics and issues raised during this public meeting of the head of the judiciary.

During this public meeting, after listening to the requests of the applicants and studying their files, taking into account the legal aspects and the proportionality between the items contained in the files and the requests of the applicants, he communicated the necessary orders to the relevant judicial units.

In response to the allegation of delaying the hearing of this case, the head of the judiciary said: They use the title of delaying proceedings for a case when the handling of that case is delayed for no reason, while in such multi-plaintiff cases, the defendants Generally, they are numerous and their accusative titles are also many; On the other hand, identifying the fraudster’s property is an important issue, and if the fraudster is arrested and remains in prison for several years, but the people’s money is not collected, it is of no benefit to the losers.

In such cases, we see that people have paid sums to a person or an institution, and that person or institution has failed to fulfill its obligations towards these people due to bad faith and in the direction of fraud or because of difficulties; Therefore, a large volume of cases and complaints flowed to the judicial system; Based on this, we have taken measures in this direction to enlighten people’s minds through information and pathology by the prevention department of the judicial system and the media center of the judiciary and other relevant departments, so that they can have their money at their disposal without obtaining the necessary guarantees and full knowledge. do not put otherwise; Also, we emphasized to the relevant officials in the courts in the form of a circular and even on a case-by-case basis that they should devise and make decisions for the persons who have been sued and complained in multi-plaintiff cases in such a way as to collect and return the money of the people and those who have lost property in this case.
