It was found that most of these cases were in the field of illegal hunting of wildlife as well as the destruction, seizure and cutting of trees, and the total number of issued orders in this field was 124 cases, of which 92 cases were related to 1401 cases and the rest were related to previous years.
He added: Regarding administrative and financial cases, the number of 54 cases resulted in the issuance of judgments from the judicial authorities, most of which are related to the judgments issued by the Administrative Court of Justice.
Amralahi pointed out that 355 cases were filed in the human environment field in the year 1401 in the judicial courts, adding: 135 cases related to water pollution, 89 cases related to air pollution, 70 cases related to soil pollution and the rest. It was related to noise pollution and waste, of which 166 cases have been investigated and judgments have been issued.
The head of the environmental legal department of Tehran province further stated: One of the important measures in 1401 was obtaining a resolution from the Baitul Mal Law Protection Council regarding the pursuit of legal and criminal claims within the national lands of the four environmental protection zones of Tehran province, which this action applies to other provinces. has also spread.
Regarding the amount of land returned to the four environmental protection zones of Tehran province in 1401, he said: 19 cases have been filed in Shemiranat city and a total of 27,603 square meters of land has been freed from the clutches of violators and returned to Baitul Mal. .
Amralahi also said: The amount of losses and losses related to illegal hunting and fishing in the first 6 months of 1401 amounted to 4,899 billion Rials, and this amount was deposited into the government account by the offenders.
