According to Fars News Agency’s urban correspondent, Jalal Maleki, spokesman for the Tehran Municipality Fire Department, stated about the fire incident in a residential unit on Pasdaran Street: At 19:49 today, the fire brigade was informed of the fire on Mousavi Street by calling the 125 system.
He added: “Immediately, firefighters were sent to the scene with the necessary equipment to save the lives of the victims.”
A spokesman for the Tehran Municipality Fire Department noted: The fire broke out in the parking lot of a 20-unit residential complex and was caused by an MVM vehicle, which the fire brigade managed to extinguish the fire and rescue the victims.
He stated: An 80-year-old man was trapped inside a building in a unit, who was rescued and handed over to the emergency forces, and fortunately, there were no casualties in this incident.
