France restricted the use of social networks for under 15-year-olds – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news



According to Mehr News Agency, quoted by AFP, the French Parliament approved a bill banning the use of social networks by teenagers under the age of 15.

According to this resolution of the French Parliament, the access of children under 15 to social networks is subject to the consent of their parents.

French parents will be able to restrict and suspend the account of their child under 15 years of age on social networks by announcing the mentioned law.

According to media reports, new restrictions are intended for large platforms such as “Snapchat”, “TikTok” or “Instagram”.

After the National Assembly of this country, the French Senate voted in favor of banning the use of social networks by teenagers under the age of 15.
