According to Mehr News Agency, quoting Deutsche Welle, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian in an exclusive interview with Al-Arabiya called for talks on Iran’s missile activities and claimed that “the window of negotiations with Iran is not open forever and the Islamic Republic must “Accept the dialogue about the situation in the region!”

In an interview, the French foreign minister also stressed that “nuclear talks with Iran should include its missile activities,” adding that “Iran’s actions complicate reaching an agreement in the Vienna talks.”

It is worth mentioning that France is one of the three European countries (Troika) negotiating the revival of the Iran nuclear deal (Borjam).

Earlier, French Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anne-Claire Legendre told Reuters that Paris was counting on China to help bring Iran back to the Vienna nuclear talks with their convincing arguments.

“The three European countries on the side of the IAEA and France’s other partners in the nuclear deal, as well as the United States, are united and call on Iran to return to talks without delay so that we can conclude talks on a return to Iran-US commitments as soon as possible.” ».

The United States has reportedly asked China to cut its crude purchases to put pressure on Iran.
