According to Mehr news agency, the honoring ceremony of exemplary teachers of the country was held in the presence of the Acting Minister of Education.

In this ceremony, selected model teachers of the country had the opportunity to express their opinions, issues and experiences in the field of education in a friendly meeting with the Acting Minister of Education.

The following opinions, issues and experiences were raised by exemplary teachers of the country in this ritual:

Pay attention to educational groups and plan to strengthen them; The appropriateness of the volume of textbooks, trainings, exercises, etc. should be checked with the hours of study, because the volume of textbooks is not proportional to the hours allocated to it.

The density of students in classes is high; Many plans are presented to schools for teaching life skills and connecting students to society, but these plans cannot achieve their real goals, so this problem needs to be rooted out.

Many occupations are transferred from father to son or mother to daughter, and the experiences of these occupations are transferred and increased from generation to generation, so from this point of view, a plan should be considered for the employment of the children of cultural retirees in education.

Teachers of non-government schools should be paid a percentage of the profits of non-government schools instead of salaries, because these teachers are the main factor in running the school.

Consider study opportunities for teachers; The curriculum content should be skill-oriented and suitable for children’s lives in textbooks. In each academic year, the budget for teaching textbooks should be presented and this budget should be updated every month according to the holidays that occur in that academic year.

It is impossible for primary teachers to continue their studies due to weekly and daily teaching, so conditions should be provided so that if a teacher in the primary period intends to continue his education, he will not face problems; The curriculum is centralized, so a part of it should be semi-centralized.

Limitations for new teachers In education and training, there is such a thing that at the beginning of the education and training, they cannot get a maximum rank of 3 or they must have at least 5 years of experience to become the head of the training group, so these restrictions should be removed.

More attention should be paid to biological, physical and artistic areas in Farhangian University. Experienced teachers should be used instead of visiting professors in Farhangian University. Effective forces who are about to retire should be used as mentor teachers and organizers of educational workshops to transfer teaching experiences. Teachers’ opinions should be used in the cultural topics of society, such as hijab and chastity.

The criteria for rating teachers should be in line with the activities and job duties of teachers; In addition to internal motivations, teachers need external motivations and incentives such as ratings, so more attention should be paid to external incentives and the ability to achieve these incentives.

In order to provide quality to education in events such as “Al-Ta”, the data of these events should be provided to teachers in education systems. More scientific conferences should be held for teachers. Support and encourage students doing research activities. The officials should pay more attention to the teachers so that they attend the classrooms without worrying about their dignity and livelihood. Provide more support to service purchase colleagues.

In Farhangian University, the experiences and knowledge of exemplary teachers should be used and classrooms should be assigned to them to transfer these experiences. Festival guidelines should be communicated from the beginning of the academic year so that there is an opportunity to work on ideas.

Students from underprivileged areas should benefit from educational facilities such as smart classes and laboratories. Religious books should be more argumentative and logical so that they can answer students’ daily questions. Some books are well designed in the field of humanities, but they need strong teachers to teach, so this capability should be created in teachers.

To create the opportunity to plan social political space in classrooms; The circulars, especially in the twelfth grade, should be communicated on time so that the students are not harmed because of this; More attention should be paid to the conservatories as a place to train the human resources of the labor market.
