Golha commercial complex became the property of Tehran Municipality

Mohammad Javad Khosri, the mayor of Tehran’s 9th district, said in an interview with a city reporter of Fars News Agency: “After many follow-ups and after a decade, according to the demands of the citizens, the Golha commercial complex was added to the public property of the 9th district municipality.”

He added: with the cooperation of Tehran Municipality Real Estate Organization and the follow-up of District 9 Municipal Legal Department, disputes between the municipality and the contractor were resolved and finally the return of this commercial complex with an approximate value of 5000 billion Rials was provided to the district municipality.

I have to say; The commercial complex known as the Golha project, located on Jorjani and Sadat streets in the Imamzadeh Abdullah neighborhood on a land with an area of ​​2080 square meters on 4 floors and 321 commercial units with 8462 square meters of infrastructure, has been constructed.
