Government policy is to facilitate women’s business

Emphasizing that success in this regard is not possible without needs assessment and land management, the Vice President for Women and Family Affairs said: “This will be done according to the capacity and potential of each province and with guarantees to support women.”

He continued: “We are interested in creating a business environment for women at home and providing insurance for working women and heads of households, and we are trying to provide spiritual support.”

Also, issues related to child support should be carefully considered in the law and send the suggestions to the deputy to amend the law.

All childbearing issues that conflict with employment, including reduced working hours or telecommuting, are on the agenda and will be considered.

He added: “Of course, these cases are considered a double-edged sword for working women, because sometimes employers do not agree with these cases.”

Dr. Khazali stated: Job creation and job support in government employment affairs will be reconsidered in future approvals, and employment based on science and knowledge and turning ideas into products and commercializing them will be a priority in these approvals.

In the end, she praised the Islamic Azad University in holding the Era of Hope event, noting: “These meetings and exchange of views and ideas will be an opportunity and power for women to move, and joining them is a capacity for production and employment.”
