According to Mehr News Agency, Seyyed Mohammad Mousaviyan, in the joint meeting of the provincial prosecutor, the head of the headquarters of the restoration of the good name, the police command of the city and the head of the provincial chamber of guilds with the focus on chastity and hijab, the purpose of holding this meeting was to create the necessary coordination and convergence between related institutions. He announced with the guilds of the province in the implementation of the guidelines in the field of chastity and hijab.
While appreciating the cooperation of the general guilds in implementing the guidelines in the area of chastity and hijab, he added: According to Article 28 of the Trade Union Law of the country, trade units that do not fulfill their trade union duties according to the law will be sealed.
Prosecutor of Isfahan continued: The central prosecutor’s office of the province, while following up and monitoring the implementation of the guidelines in the area of chastity and hijab of guilds, will prosecute managers who do not fulfill their duties in this area.
Mousavian also gave a recommendation to the activists in the field of clothing production and supply in the city and said: if these guilds are not interested in the production and supply of unconventional clothes and breaking the norm take action, the matter will be followed up by the Chamber of Guilds of the province and a judicial order will be issued to close that guild unit.
This judicial official pointed out: At the same time, we are ready to investigate the problems of production units active in the field of production and supply of Islamic Iranian clothing and make the necessary follow-ups to solve the problems of these units.
