According to the city reporter of Fars News Agency, “Meysham Firouzmand” was appointed as the head of the Public Relations Department of the Deputy of Social and Cultural Affairs of Tehran Municipality.

According to a decree issued by “Mohammadamin Tawaklizadeh”, deputy of social and cultural affairs of Tehran Municipality, Maysham Firouzmand was appointed as the head of public relations department of this deputy.

In consideration of your excellent records and valuable experiences, by virtue of this decree, I appoint you as the head of public relations of the deputy of social and cultural affairs.
