According to Fars news agency, quoting from the Environment Organization, Samia Rafiei, on the sidelines of visiting environmental projects in Qazvin province, stated that unfortunately sometimes the words and actions of the officials in the field of environment are contradictory and added: Some officials talk about the environment, but their performance is not environmental. and this contradiction causes problems.

He considered part of the root of the environmental problems to be the non-implementation of the Land Development Document, and said: Another problem is the lack of clear and consistent environmental standards in the country, which, in addition to this, the tasteful treatment of managers with industrial and economic complexes leads to the loss of public trust, investment security and It destroys the environment and natural resources.

The head of the parliament’s environment faction said: territorial stability is our main goal and people’s help is needed in this direction, more careful monitoring should be done in the exploitation of mines, and in this regard, the mining law will be revised with priority to the environment.

Regarding the waste management law, Rafiei also said: the revision of the waste management law is the final station of the parliament revision, and for this area, 1400 hours of study work has been done, and we hope that with its approval, we will see positive events in this area.

He continued: We have big problems and environmental issues regarding waste faucets in the country, which will become a major problem if we do not quickly find a solution to manage it.

The head of the parliament’s environmental faction also said regarding Qazvin Abike Cement, emphasizing the need for serious follow-up by the Environmental Organization to collect pollution fees from this factory: it is not possible for the people of Abike to suffer the problems, complications and damages caused by the pollution of Abike Cement, but the managers of this factory The factory does not want to reduce the pollution of this factory, of course, the fees should be collected in such a way that the revenues from it will definitely return to the environment of the province.

Referring to the issue of Mohammadabad waste site in Qazvin, he said: If the issue of decontamination of waste leachate in Qazvin province is solved by knowledge-based companies, it can be a model for decontamination of waste leachate in other waste sites of the country. Fortunately, the landfill of this site is being completed.
