According to Mehr news agency, Seyyed Solat Mortazavi stated in the meeting of the President’s staff supervision over the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare: The goal of this meeting is to implement the Jihad order of the Supreme Leader and to create transformation in the field of employment and economy of the country.
He called the supervision of the presidential staff an important step in completing provincial trips to find solutions to the country’s problems and said: continuous monitoring of managers’ performance is a serious monitoring process in the 13th government, which has always been emphasized.
Mortazavi added: In the 13th government, in line with the upper documents of the Islamic system, extensive measures have been taken in the fields of social welfare, employment and the development of the people’s economy.
Referring to the importance of labor market governance in the creation of one million jobs, he said: In this regard, we are trying to reduce youth unemployment by mobilizing all the actors in the fields of production and the influencers of the country’s economy. Field monitoring of employment creation, creation of job database, reduction of time for issuing permits, development of technical and professional skills training in the form of national employment ecosystem has been done since the beginning of the people’s government.
The Minister of Labor and Social Welfare said that helping to eliminate absolute poverty is one of the most important strategies of the Ministry of Welfare and said: Improving the living conditions of the lower deciles of the society with the empowerment approach and launching the National Credit and Kalaberg Network has been implemented with this goal.
He said: In the promotion of social welfare, there is special attention to general social security policies, and in the presentation of the seventh development plan, important chapters will be dedicated to this area.
The Minister of Welfare called the payment of the historical debt of social security to the banking system as one of the great achievements of the 13th People’s Government and added: the budget of 1402 also has good resources to help solve the dissatisfaction The sources and expenses of the pension funds have been considered, which we hope will be finalized with the support of the parliament.
Mortazavi said: For the first time, note 18 in the budget has been comprehensively revised in line with the development of different regions of the country.
He emphasized: “In the current period, all the necessary platforms for the realization of the policies and vision defined in the development of employment, reducing poverty, improving the productivity of pension funds and creating hope in the government and governance have been defined and require jihadi work.”
Mortazavi pointed out the importance of increasing the share of cooperatives in the economy and emphasized: cooperatives can help the 13th People’s Government in fulfilling the promise of building one million housing units.
