* What is your analysis of the disturbances?

Several groups are present in the street protests; The first group are the spectators who are not with any party, neither have any issues nor are they in favor of any trend. The other group that is in charge of designing and directing the protesting population are armed or unarmed trained people who are domestic or foreign daily wage mercenaries and are trained for urban warfare. Under the influence of the counter-revolutionary media atmosphere, some young people unknowingly join them. We call this group rioters.

The third category is the teenagers and young adults who have annoyances that may not be political at all. These people may even have personal or family problems, or they may have faced a problem in a part of the government, such as the education system of the country or their workplace and business, etc. These people are the third category, which actually become the arm of the second category. They get excited and don’t have enough analysis.

As the fourth category, we should add neglected virtual activists without comprehensive and detailed analysis; especially celebrity Hi Sports, cultural, religious and political, which have been affected by the media atmosphere of the counter-revolutionary front in virtual and satellite networks, have accelerated judgment and haste and immaturity in expressing opinions. Of course, some of these people have deliberately and with specific goals, such as weakening the ruling faction in the government or obtaining residence privileges in Europe or America, entered the field of fanning the fire of riots and protests.

Considering the dimensions of this political and social sedition, which also has economic and cultural dimensions, those who started the riots were definitely ready to destroy the country on such a large scale in a few days. Obviously, they have been doing things in the field and intellectual space, team and group work, etc. for months.

* What is your analysis of social reference groups?

The fourth category is the political, artistic, practical, cultural, religious, sports, etc. men who are considered as effective social figures influencer are known These people are divided into three groups. The first group is those who entered hastily, without enough sobriety and rationality. Especially in the first week, some of our sportsmen, artists, and politicians started pumping news without enough information, and since their words are effective, our country turned from a rationally balanced atmosphere into a crisis-causing emotional atmosphere.

The second category of this group is those who are silent and seem to have no social responsibility. We remember in 2088 that it took four months for some people to comment, while they could have commented on the first day, and those comments were influential. This silence is either due to fear or due to the loss of social status, etc., but whatever the reason, it is not justified from the perspective of national and intellectual responsibility, nor from the perspective of divine and religious responsibility.

The third category is those who Courage And they boldly expressed their logic and condemned rioting and actions against the security of the people and the country even without taking sides with the police or the government. These people may have criticized the guidance patrol sometimes, but they believe that we should not lead the country to the fire.

* Is it true that hijab is an excuse for riots?

In our country, we have an issue called coverage, which is not our only issue and is raised in the whole world, and we must discuss it. There has been an incomplete performance of the police force in the plan known as the guidance patrol in different governments, which happened to be the beginning of the guidance patrol plan from the second government of Khordad.

When you carried out a wrong plan ten years ago and then the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in North Khorasan criticized its method, you continue again and again, the same experience of wrong execution is implemented, you prepare the ground for the entry of the enemy; But the point here is that a national plan in any matter has strengths and weaknesses that must be discussed and this has nothing to do with street riots.

* Are there any benefits in this social crisis?

Undoubtedly, with all the worries and destructive effects of this crisis, where we see the complex design of the enemy’s combined war behind the scenes, we are witnessing the political and social cultural growth of people, especially teenagers and young people. Fortunately, in this sedition, it was not like the huge sedition of 2008, which lasted for 9 months and the nature of these people could be seen.

This time, on the very first day, the likes of Masih Alinejad and other British and American mercenaries stated that the principle of the system was the goal and the hijab was an excuse. The most important positive effect of these crises should be the growth of people’s and elites’ awareness and the visibility of the weaknesses of our governance.

* Why the problems of the police plan regarding the hijab have not been resolved for more than ten years despite the Supreme Leader of the Revolution’s criticism of its implementation method?

We must see and treat the line of influence in the world of politics, culture and art; Before and simultaneously with this sedition, how many serials have been released in home cinema with topics related to this social crisis?! is it Issue Is it a coincidence?! Is the unpredictable and unprecedented arrival of some artists and athletes in support of rioters and street riots and condemning the police and the entire Islamic system without logic and reasoning, accidental and unplanned?!

* Does it mean that it is a matter of the system?

The issue is not the guidance patrol, nor the cover-up, nor the hijab, etc., it is the issue of subverting the system, and this issue was clearly stated, and when it is clearly stated like this, the argument is complete for everyone. The security of a nation and a country is the most important national and social issue, and instead of dialogue, research and criticism, it makes no sense to go along with some mercenary rioters who are enemies of Iran’s progress and advancement.

* What should be done today?

Those whose words are effective on the masses of people, as the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution referred to them as “Khawas” in the 70s, should come to the square and speak and move the atmosphere towards peace and dialogue. But sometimes we see that in this environment, political parties remember to solve the problem in power, while the interests of the people and the principle of the country should be taken into consideration today.

One of our problems is that political parties are always creditors and are never willing to pay, even when they are in power and then they turn into opposition. We thank God that there were some political figures who took a stand Hi They were good, but they are few.

Do you believe that some people should be dealt with?

We cannot expect that our speech and behavior today will be the same as 20 years ago because we have had heavy experiences and many people have been tested, and today there is no justification for a celebrity who definitely knows what the issue is, come and make a comment that will inflame the fire of sedition. Therefore, I believe that no matter how excited the group of spectators and teenagers are, they should be treated with Islamic decency, and this group, who are scholars and whose tweets and texts are very influential, should be dealt with severely.

All the athletes and artists and those who have been warned and still repeat their work should be dealt with, or the university professors who make the atmosphere of the universities away from the discussion space and even promote urban chaos should be dealt with because the movement They act against the country’s security, these people make a living from the treasury, and their thoughts of this betrayal have no justification.

* How about hijab?

In the issue of hijab, the system should start from the governance structure, the issue of hijab should start from those who earn their living from the Bait Al-Malal, for example, from hospitals, university professors and employees, companies Qusulti And the government, bank employee, etc. started and people also see that the system is serious about this matter because it started from itself. But as long as people see duality, these issues will arise.

After the phenomenon of Masih Alinejad and Gesht Ershad, which is about a decade, hijab is no longer a cultural issue, but a political issue. In fact, hijab is considered a cultural issue that has turned into a political issue, so our approach and planning must be different. One of the weaknesses of the Irshad patrol is the method of implementation of an issue that has gained political dimensions.

* What is the reason?

It is clear that the police force does not realize that it is no longer facing a cultural problem. The country’s cultural institutions have not performed well in the issue of hijab, and the example of that is the unsuccessful plans for popularization and superficial perception of the issue of hijab and its political dimensions. If the line presented by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in North Khorasan had been followed, we would not have reached here. While we are critical of the performance of the guidance patrol and hijab structures, we defend that we insist on the capacity of the law, not the sharia, in the category of hijab.

For example, in universities, the issue of hijab is more serious, therefore, the issue should not be expressed with jurisprudence and Shariah literature. Like everywhere in the world, where there are veil rules, they should be stated at the beginning of the student’s arrival. In the issue of hijab, our issue is the implementation of the law and not the flaw in the law; Unfortunately, the trustees of the country’s educational centers do not even inform about the law, let alone implement it.
