He added: “We are compiling a 10-year plan and we will identify the works that will be included in the world registration list. In this regard, we have compiled more than 50 important works in the field of cultural heritage and planning has been done for them.”

The Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage said: “We are pursuing development with neighboring countries, the Islamic world and European countries, so that by pursuing museum diplomacy as one of the most powerful tools of diplomacy, we can maintain our cultural ties with different countries.”

He continued: “One of the achievements of Iran after the victory of the Islamic Revolution is the construction and development of museums.” We currently have 750 museums in Iran and there are support programs for museum owners. We hope that in 1401, with the formation of the Association of Cultural Heritage Charities, we will be able to take important steps in this field, especially museum management.

“Experts believe that Iran is an archeological paradise,” said the Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage. During Mr. Zarghami’s tenure, we have stepped up our excavations, and the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Research Institute has begun programs in this regard. I promise that we will promote cooperation with Islamic countries in the field of archeology with the aim of strengthening cultural relations and business development.
