
According to the Fars news agency’s education department, On the occasion of Yalda night and the ancient tradition of storytelling, the National Museum of Children’s Art and Literature has organized an exhibition entitled “A story, a story, a story” on the eve of the 24th International Storytelling Festival.
The works presented in this exhibition are a selection from the collection of pictures of the books “Ai Qaseh Qaseh Qaseh” 1 to 7, including 64 pieces of images illustrated by Zahra Parirokh.
Also, this collection has been compiled by the efforts of Zohra Parirukh and Shararah Tazghesan, and in each of the books, by rewriting different stories, four suitable stories are presented along with a short explanation about the message of each story.
In the introduction of this collection, it is stated: “Although today we find less evidence of warm seats and friendly and intimate gatherings on cold winter nights, where storytelling filled a part of it, but this tradition can be used in other appropriate gatherings and situations. And one of the benefits of that is profits. Libraries are one of the best places for storytelling. Storytelling in the library is a sweet and dynamic collective activity that, while creating a live and close connection between the storyteller and the audience through the story, keeps the tradition of storytelling alive and rich.
The collection of books “I Qaseh Qaseh Qaseh” is a 7-volume collection containing various stories for the age group of 7 to 10 years old and suitable for those who are interested in storytelling, parents, school teachers and child educators and can be purchased from the stores of the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents It is all over the country.
In this collection, sources such as Children’s Cosmos, Courier, foreign and old publications and books have been used.
The exhibition “I Qaseh Qaseh Qaseh” will be held from 30 December to 20 December 1401 at the National Museum of Art and Literature for Children and Adolescents, located on Hijab St., the Center for Cultural and Artistic Creations of the Center for Intellectual Development.
