How many resolutions of Tehran municipality were published in the transparency system?


According to Fars report, Ahmad Sadeghi stated in the 111th session of the Islamic Council of Tehran in his speech before his order regarding the operation process of the transparency system: We have many approvals that specify what actions the municipality is obliged to take. In such a way, for example, establishing the conditions for easy access of people to information is stated in these approvals.

The head of Transparency and Smart City Committee of Tehran Islamic Council continued: So far, 29 meetings of the conflict resolution and transparency working group of the Administrative Health Promotion Headquarters have been held, which is commendable that this working group has not left anything unanswered.
Stating that 13 meetings have also been held in the Planning and Monitoring Committee of the Administrative Health Promotion Headquarters, he reminded: 71 requirements for the publication of municipal approvals have been identified in the conflict resolution working group; Of course, the approvals of the Article 5 Commission were also added in this period, which deserves praise.
Stating that 31 of the requirements have been published and can be accessed in the transparency system, Sadeghi said: 14 of these are up-to-date and 17 still have defects. All transactions of Tehran municipality are online and there are no problems.
The head of the Transparency and Smart City Committee of the Shura announced that the 137+ system was up to date but it was supposed to be online, and clarified: In the financial space, the regional headquarters, organizations and companies are not up to date, but the information on the foreign trips of employees in Foreign travel commission is up to date.
He further mentioned: It was supposed to inform and update the location and owners of the press kiosks in the transparency system, but this update has not been done in relation to the information of the owners.
Sadeghi emphasized: Why do people with personal preferences prevent the publication of some information in the transparency system? For example, information related to exemptions are not entered in this system, which should be done more seriously in this field. The inspection organization must report why this legal resolution is not included in the system by the relevant unit.
Ali Asghar Qaemi, a member of the Council’s Civil and Transportation Commission, also emphasized: Some systems can be updated automatically, although there are some nobles who should not include some confidential information in the system, but the municipality has made this effort to Make sure that the systems are automatically connected to the transparency system to prevent comments and preferences.
Nasser Amani, a member of the council’s program and budget commission, said in the continuation of this meeting: “If there is a need for an amendment from the council, we will take this action, and if the municipality should take this action, it should answer why the information of 40 systems has not been updated yet.” .
