How the painting “Dezful Nights” by Iran Droudy was created

According to Fars News Agency, Habibollah Sadeghi, Head of the Visual Arts Department of the Academy of Arts, expressed his condolences to the art-loving people of Iran, calling “Iran Daroodi” one of the great artists and cultural assets of the country and said his death was an irreparable loss for the visual arts community. .

A permanent member of the Academy of Arts, he named Daroodi Iran as one of the great and influential artists of Iran, such as Sultan Mohammad Negargar, Kamaluddin Behzad, Javad Hamidi, Ali Akbar Sanatizadeh, Parviz Kalantari and other famous artists, and named him one of the ambassadors of Iranian culture and art in the world. He said: “In the works of this great artist, the flow of social art continued and the love for the homeland waves in his works; As one of his paintings was named “Persian Gulf Always”.

He added: Ms. Droudy stood by the people of her homeland during the imposed war and after the bombing of Dezful by the Ba’athist regime in Iraq, she painted a painting called “Dezful Nights”. That is why we should be proud of his name.

Sadeghi pointed to the innovative, continuous and valuable efforts of this educated artist to build a museum and a permanent exhibition of his works and said: “In the final stages of building the Darroudi Museum in the neighborhood of Yousefabad, unfortunately, this dear person was covered in dirt.” I hope that the esteemed mayor of Tehran will issue an order to expedite the completion of this museum so that we can witness its opening before his fortieth birthday. In fact, this museum will be a credit document for the culture and art of the country.
